Philippine tuner Emperor recently got this Mini Cooper S F56 in for Armytrix exhaust modification. Mini Cooper S features 2.0 liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine (BMW B48 engine) which produces 192 horsepower and 280 N.m of torque. With the addition of Armytrix full valve variable exhaust system, it will receive significant boost of performance (+10HP, +15.4Nm) and pick up considerable weight reduction (-4.4kg).
The key feature of Armytrix exhaust system is the application of solenoid valves. With one push of button on Armytrix key fob or Armytrix APP, you can easily switch between valves Open/Close modes to control exhaust sounds. No need to worry about disturbing your neighbors. If you want to let valves to automatically Open/Close, Auto mode will do the trick. Exhaust valves open up at high rpm to make exhaust gas flows freely which increase horsepower effectively. On the hand, valves close at low rpm to generate back pressure which strengthen torque efficiently.
